This was the first time my daughter and I have attempted to try surfing. We had such a GREAT time! Everyone was so incredibly helpful and accommodating to our various needs! I really feel as though we have a good understanding of how to surf from just one lesson! I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We had the best surf lessons from Dante’s Watersports! The instructors were professional, funny, and got us standing on waves right away. My husband and I have never surfed before, and were both impressed that each instructor was able to coach us in English. Everything was set up to create an easy and fun experience – from our convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off, to the wonderful instructors and beautiful Manuel Antonio Beach location. Highly recommend!

Where do I start? Dante was great and very flexible in accommodating our kayak tour after I found out I had not cancelled it and had booked another tour at the same time in a different city. He kept in touch with me and we were able to make it work despite minimal weather interruptions. Our guide Antonio was the best! We had our own private tour and the views and experience were amazing! It was my first time kayaking in the open ocean and I loved it! I definitely recommend Dante’s Water Sports to anyone looking for an amazing time out in the ocean! Pura Vida!!!

Learning how to surf is easy and fun but the guides make the experience truly unforgettable! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Dantes Water Sports as a fun way to get to know the beautiful Manuel Antonio Beach!

We spent our first surf day with Dantes and enjoyed every second. They picked us up and dropped us off right at the hotel door, got us standing on the boards right away, supplied snacks and drinks and shaded lounge chairs. The instructors were so attentive and helped us progress at our own rate. We all got our own individual instructor. They also spoke English. I loved the day so much I went back the next day and William helped me graduate to a smaller board. They were very accommodating to your holiday schedule and set a very relaxed pace for the day. If I was staying longer I would definitely go back for more surfing with Dantes and recommend them to everyone.

We had a great time in Arenal zipping through the trees and loved rafting the Savegre, but the highlight of my trip was learning to surf in Manuel Antonio with you guys! The instructors were amazing and I was pretty psyched to not only learn to surf but some tricks too, in just one day!. Thank you Dante! The only bummer was that surfing was the last day of our trip, and I would have liked to surf a few more days! so… I’ll be back!

We wanted to learn how to surf and have some fun while in Manuel Antonio. Dante’s was recommended by the hotel and scored high on TripAdvisor so it was an easy choice. They didn’t let us down and gave us a fantastic morning with pretty big waves and super clear instructions. The crew helped us all the way out there in the waves and didn’t settle until the teenagers surfed standing up. As for the 6-year old he was having fun bodysurfing on a boogie board. Next time we’re around we’ll make sure to stop by and develop those skills further. Pura vida

We were looking for something to do on a rainy morning, Dante and his team made our day!  We had surf lessons and some more fun with the boogie boards. Staff is amazing, very professional, we always felt very safe and after a few tries we managed to stand on the boards. Then we went to the national park, Dante helped us finding the best tour guide for the park and then after seeing lots of nature, animals and insects we went back to the hotel with happy faces. Thanks to you and your team for such great adventure!
